Phenotypeca named as a finalist in the Barclays Entrepreneur Awards.
Phenotypeca has been shortlisted as a finalist in the prestigious Barclays Entrepreneur Awards in recognition of its impact, innovation and future potential. Finalists in the Eagle Labs Innovation category are recognised for creating products and services that are positively transforming their industries, operating sustainability and are on the road to big things.
Keith Williams, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Phenotypeca says: “Phenotypeca’s mission is to make life-saving medicines more affordable and accessible for all that need them. At the heart of what we do, we are breathing new life into the use of Baker’s Yeast for recombinant protein production to help medicine manufacturers to reduce the cost, production time and environmental impact associated with bringing new products to market. It’s a huge honour to be shortlisted in the Barclays Entrepreneur Awards and to be recognised for the positive impact that we’re having in the biotechnology space.”
